NEW TO CHURCH?
If you’re new to church or just visiting, we’d love to welcome you with a little gift as well as invite you to our guest lounge located in the foyer of the main auditorium after the service. If you need directions our team will be more than happy to help.
What to expect when you come to church
Services are filled with music, lights, multimedia and relevant preaching about the hope, truth and love of God. At MCF, we’re a family - we celebrate, support and encourage each other and simply do life together because we believe that’s what family is about.
We also love laughing, drinking coffee and eating great food with great friends. So without further adieu, we’d love to welcome you to come along and experience MCF for yourself.
How long do services go for?
Our services normally go for an hour and a half. On some occasions the meeting may go for a little longer, but this is not very often as we respect everyone’s time.
Do you have church services on long weekends?
Yes. In addition, with Easter and Christmas being important times of the year for Christians, we often have additional services at these times each year. This includes a service on Good Friday, and regular service times on Easter Sunday. We also hold a service on Christmas Day. Check out our website closer to Christmas or Easter or call the church office on, 4963 1155 to stay in the know.
Do I have to contact the church before I come?
No. MCF loves having new people come to our services and you are more than welcome to just turn up. If you are coming for the first time, or if you’ve visited a couple of times already and have some questions, we encourage you to introduce yourself to one of our pastors or team members. The easiest places to locate one of these people is either in our Be Our Guest Lounge, at our Information Desk or find one of our friendly ushers wearing a “Here to Help” shirt.
Are there any programs for my children?
Yes. At MCF we have a number of children’s programs for kids aged 12 months and walking to age 11. We run three excellent, age specific Children’s Programs during our morning service – Teddy Bear Club (12 months - 3yrs), Kings Kidz (Prep – Grade 3), K.I.C.K (Grade 4 -7). Is there a parents’ room?
For parents including nursing mothers, you can still enjoy services in our Parenting Room located in the main auditorium. It allows mums and dads to take their babies (up to 12 months) in a fully equipped room with feeding and changing facilities to attend to their needs while still enjoying the service.
Do you have special parking for wheelchairs and prams?
Yes. We have a designated parking area adjacent to the main auditorium for those who need easy wheelchair and pram access.
